We live by our values - trust and be<br />trusted, achieve together, renew with courage.<br /><br />To strengthen our CE team in Augsburg we are looking for a<br /><br />What You can expect<br />Management and development of a regional and assortment-specific supplier portfolios as part of our RCP sourcing team<br />Market price and contract negotiation with suppliers<br />Participation in tenders and creation of offers for suppliers from municipalities and industry<br />Supplier visits, checking and improving material quality and conducting or organizing supplier audits<br />Connecting our logistics team with the suppliers and assisting in finding the right logistics solution<br />Quantity and quality control of your supply sources from the loading bay to the UPM factory<br />Maintaining an active, innovative, and reliable partnership with our internal stakeholders in the factories, in the ComPaper distribution and in the BA-specific recycling initiative to support their business<br />Assuming responsibility for activities, projects, and tasks within our RCP sourcing team<br />What You bring<br />You have completed commercial training, ideally as an industrial, wholesale, or foreign trade clerk (m/f/d).<br />You approach your work proactively and systematically.<br />You have excellent communication skills.<br />You are used to working in internal and external networks and have the ability to connect with people at different levels of an organization.<br />You have gained a basic understanding of customer/supplier portfolios, pricing principles, costs, contracts, supply chains, logistics and related processes. Additional knowledge of primary and secondary raw materials markets and processes, direct materials in general, logistics and fiber quality in advantageous.<br />You have good sourcing and sales skills, accuracy in dealing with numbers and the ability to negotiate in complex situations and in doing so to always find a good solution and to close the deal within specified limits.<br />You are able to work alone and in a team. Commitment to the task and a positive attitude are essential qualities.<br />You remain calm even under pressure and cope well with a fast-moving environment.<br />You speak fluent German and English.
