Your tasks:
Training of our CRM&ERP System
On site trainings for our new employees in our subsidiaries, which requires the willingness to travel
Doing Online Trainings for new features/updates of our ERP System
Travel to existing subsidiaries if help or process optimization is needed
Ensure the standards set forth by the company are maintained by all personnel at all times
Recommend changes that could provide a better experience to customers
Support the back office and international projects
Your profile:
Open minded
Good knowledge of MS Office programs
Very good knowledge of spoken and written English, other foreign languages are advantage. Confident dealing with other cultures (international/intercultural competence)
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Problem-solving skills
Willingness to Travel
Flexibility, team spirit and reliable of working round off your profile
Prioritize, and manage time effectively
